-today we had a Fried Rice lab.
-Cell phone usage during a cooking lab is becoming a problem. Today we implemented a new policy, no phones out unless specified on that specific day. We watched the video below to show how unhygienic your phones are:
Monday will be a sushi bowl demo and prep for your sushi bowl ingredients for the lab the next day. You will need to come to class on Monday prepared to work in the kitchen.(apron will be needed)

-today a immunization envelope went home in Block 5. Please make sure to have your parent sign it and return to your Block 5 on Monday
