-today I collected the resumes for resubmission -we watched a video on Budgeting and discussed the main ideas -assigned Lesson 3 (all chapters). Please submit the certificate to Teams by Sunday

-catering assignment, due at the end of class -Monday there is a lab so please come to class with appropriate tools

-today was a work block for Reader Response Logs, Penny Drop Lesson 2 (both should be posted to Teams when completed), and resume rewrite/help. Tomorrow is the day that resume resubmissions are due.

-today we finished the mac & cheese lab.

-today we did the first half of the Mac & Cheese lab. Tomorrow we will finish this lab so come with the appropriate supplies. Those students who did not present their Taco Trucks, be prepared to present tomorrow or Friday.

-today there was a presentation from Douglas College -tomorrow will be a Reader Response Log work block

-today we did a Chopped lab -tomorrow we will do another lab so please come prepared with the appropriate supplies

-today you had to complete the rest of the chapters for Lesson 1 and then submit it to the Teams assignment by the end of the day

-today we completed the Taco Truck presentations. -tomorrow will be a surprise “Chopped” lab so come prepared to cook
