English 9 – June 11

-today students signed up for scenes and started working on the lines.  Here are some steps to guide your process:

  1. Find the important lines and ensure you understand them.  Make sure you have enough for everyone in your group or make changes ASAP.
  2. Read the lines aloud to ensure it is two minutes in length when acted out.  Think about possible props and using the stage (front of the room) effectively.
  3. Cut the 2 minute version down to 1 minute
  4. Translate and cut the 1 minute version down to 30 seconds

Cut the 30 second version down to 10 seconds
