-today we went over Safety and Sanitation PowerPoint and worksheet. We will continue with the review/lesson tomorrow as well as have a demo of the lab you will be making on Friday.
Friday- you will be making an Egg in a Hole so you will need to come to class prepared with appropriate supplies/attire.
Monday- quiz on Safety and Sanitation lessons (based on information from today and tomorrow’s classes)
