My name is James Tasker and I am 13 years old. I enjoy playing soccer for Coquitlam Metro Ford and for the Heritage school team. I also love playing basketball and look forward to playing for the Heritage Heat. My hobbies include playing video games like FIFA and 2K. I also enjoy playing sports with my friends after school. My favourite foods are pizza, fried rice, and cheesecake. I enjoy supporting the Toronto Raptors, Liverpool FC, and the Vancouver Whitecaps. I’m half English and half Welsh, and spent the summer visiting family in the UK. I also enjoy fishing and spending time with my family. If I could pick a dream job for myself in the future, I want to be a firefighter. Being a firefighter is something I’ve always aspired to do and Is a goal I have set for myself.

This reason I believe in this quote is that it represents the mentality that I like to have when I play sports. You must win. Coming in second is not an option. I think the quote represents the realistic side of life that there can only be one winner, and its up to you to choose whether that’s you or not by working hard. This quote represents a growth mindset which is needed to improve in anything.
This YouTube video is my favourite because it represents the comedy that I like, Enjoying life and living it to your fullest means a lot, and this video makes me laugh. Laughing and enjoying yourself throughout the day can do a lot to you and can brighten up you life with yours, or someone else’s smile. I think that’s a good way to live, always smiling.
My favourite website is Instagram because I use it the most when I’m at home. I use Instagram a lot to communicate with my friends and to keep up with sports and news. Instagram is useful to me because I use it to make plans and organize events with my friends.
This image means a lot to me because it represents my home soccer team. Growing up in Vancouver and supporting the Whitecaps means a lot to me and my family. We enjoy going to the games and supporting the team, and watching professional soccer. Seeing the fanbase creates another sense of community with the people of Vancouver.
